Overview: Carrie is completely unbalanced. She was discharged from the Marines on mental health concerns, and she's deteriorated ever since. The best guess at her diagnosis is erotomania, but no one really knows what her problem is. She's convinced she doesn't have a problem, so she's stopped seeing her psychiatrist. What is known is that she's completely, wholeheartedly obsessed with the Arrow. She loves him, and she's convinced he loves her back. She won't let anything get between them, and will do anything to eliminate any obstacle, real or imagined.
Other Equipment:
- She has a powerful compound bow which she uses, along with a hip-quiver of composite arrows. She also occasionally brings a M27 assault rifle and a Beretta M9 pistol

History
Carrie was born into a military family. Both her mother and father came from long lines of distinguished military leaders, and they were slightly disappointed they'd had a daughter instead of a son. So they forged a son, placing incredible pressure from a very young age to succeed in all of her endeavors. She was never innately intelligent, but never took to physical activities either. So they forced her, making her join several sports teams and be permanently involved with a sport of some kind. She cracked under the pressure at age 10 and ran away from home, but her father called in some contacts and some of his old military buddies rounded her up. After that, they sent her to a private military boarding academy.
There, Carrie steadily grew worse, developing anxiety issues and antisocial tendencies. Her teachers and overseers forced her to simply internalize it, refusing to tolerate what they called "cowardice". She went into the military at age 18, joining the Marines and going overseas to Iraq. She served faithfully for three years, before finally completely breaking. She was honorably discharged for mental issues and ordered by the courts to see a psychologist. She began regularly taking drugs and moved to Starling City to try and make something of her life, taking into account her mental issues. Then he appeared for the first time.
The Arrow began operating in the city, and her brain rewired. She developed a deep, obsessive love of the Emerald Archer, and took up archery. At first, she wanted to be his sidekick, but then it advanced and she realized she needed him; no one else could have him. She's spent the last few months trying to track down the Arrow and meet him.
