Rose usually stayed away from the "hip" clubs in town, but she decided she needed a change in pace after so many shitty parties in the Glades. Her new BFF Thea had told her about some club called Venom. It seemed like a cool place to have a little fun so she decided to check it out. 

If it was a bore, she would just have to torch the place. If you couldn't throw a halfway decent romp fest, you deserve to burn to the ground. Hey, at least the regulars could dance on the ashes afterwards. 

Thea wasn't with her today. She was probably off with that brother of hers, the one they all thought was dead, but turned out to be alive on some island. Ain't that some shit.

Cassie leaned against the wall, drinking her third cup of coffee. The club was busy as ever, and she was fine with that. She always was a night owl, getting energized by the new thumping techno beat behind her. She had a trig test to fail in seven hours and she could care less.

[Rose Wilson]

She spotted some fairly attractive young woman sipping coffee and leaning against the wall, looking very nonchalant. Hands in her jacket packets, she joined her against the wall.

"Sup," she nodded, "This that new club I've been hearing about? Venom?"

[Cassandra Cain]

"Yeah" Cassie said. "Its a pretty nice place."

[Rose Wilson]

Rose took a whiff around her, "Sure smells like a rich dung heap."

She licked her lips before asking, "Got any smokes? I'm out."

"I'm an athlete, I'm not allowed to smoke" Cassie said.

[Rose Wilson]

"An athlete, huh? What kind of sport you play? Lacrosse?" Rose asked.

[Cassandra Cain]

"Fencing" Cassie said, visibly proud. "It's how I got into Starling U."

[Rose Wilson]

"A college girl, eh? What's a nice little college girl like you doing at a shit club like this? You whoring yourself?"
