"Stop moving or I swear to God your death will be slow." Guillermo said, putting the knife to her throat. "I know you've seen my victims. Do you want to join them that bad?"

She tensed when he mentioned his victims. That was as good as a confession. And yes, she had seen them. Mangled, terrible, pitiable things. Their deaths had been neither quick nor merciful. "Starling Ripper," she spat. "I'll see you arrested." She'd I.D.ed him. She'd find him again. But given that he was a sociopath, given that he had a knife at her throat, and given that he was extremely irritable at the moment... It was best to stay still. She glared daggers but stopped moving.

Guillermo rose, yanking her up and shoving her back into the chair. "Good luck." He said, beginning to tape one wrist to the chair. He moved on to her other wrist soon after.

"I know your face. I know your country of origin. I'll find a name. And I'll find you." If he fled before the cops came it still wouldn't be a total loss. She had learned plenty from this endeavor. But...Somehow she didn't think grabbing the attention of sociopath was such a wonderful thing. She should probably watch her step a bit more carefully. Her address was public knowledge in case anyone wanted to give her information. Well...At least she lived by herself. And of course everyone knew where she worked. The path from work to home was easily predictable and...Yeah...Caution would be good after this.

Guillermo stood, and planted a piece of tape over her mouth. "Shut up." He said simply, before moving to tape her ankles. He needed to deal with her, but not now. He needed to prepare a place, as this one was now compromised. He'd been needing someone to work on anyhow; with her, it was two birds with one stone.

Yeah. She figured her mouth would be taped at one point. Not dignified but she still had a made point. And now that she was sure about 'Alex' she could be more forthcoming with her information. She had a video clip of the guy which meant she had pics. Fortunately the cafe actually did have camera security and as she'd talked to the owner immediately after the suspicious guy's departure, she had access and a copy. And she was convinced he'd been honest about being born in Brazil. She could guess his age. She knew his habits. She'd dig and find something. Unlike most of the people in this city, she wasn't corrupt and she hadn't given up on doing what she could to try and make the city marginally better.

Once he was sure she wouldn't be able to follow her, Guillermo sheathed his knife. "We'll be seeing each other again real soon." She had to have enough info to identify him. That was very, very bad. He needed a way to make sure she'd stay quiet about it, but if he let her out of his sight, she'd tell. He could simply take her with him, find a place to keep her while he scouted for a place to work on her. He walked out of the unit, trying to decide what to do with her.

She started thrashing around when he left, hoping that in time she could loosen the tape enough to squirm out. She didn't know if it was possible, depended on how thorough he was but it was better than doing nothing. Meanwhile she tried to think of ways she could be more cautious after this. She'd be an idiot to think she wasn't a target.

It wasn't worth it. He didn't have time to move her and the chair she was tied to in time for him to get away from the police. But police addresses are public domain. He could pay her a visit later. He walked out, leaving her there.
